How we started

Our journey began in 2018 with a clear vision: to offer a high-quality stay experience that combines the history of our region with modern luxury. Our first venture, The Elysian at Nicopolis (2BR), featuring its signature exclusive 6-person jacuzzi, was an immediate success and remains our flagship property to this day.

Encouraged by the warm response of our guests, we expanded into the heart of Preveza's historic center with the Bazaar Refuge, which met the high demand for authentic urban stays. The evolution continued with the spacious 3BR Elysian, catering to larger groups and families seeking comfort without compromise.

The following years were marked by steady growth and the launch of the Efessos Gold and Efessos Center Apartment, further diversifying our portfolio. In 2025, we were proud to introduce Athenee, a brand-new concept in sophisticated hospitality.

Most recently, in 2026, we enriched our collection even further with the Elysian 1BR and the Bazaar Hideaway, ensuring that whether our guests seek a romantic retreat or a central urban sanctuary, they will find their perfect home in Preveza.
