All our apartments have been renovated and equipped with today's standards. The rich equipment such as jacuzzi,  water mattress bed, air conditioners, 55" smart TV, leather sofas, children's playground, etc. vary from accommodation to accommodation, but they are described in detail. We have apartments on the popular cobbled streets of Preveza but also in the wider area with a rich exterior space. So each of our accommodations has its own style and is waiting for you....

Clean, modern and cosy apartment in prime location in Preveza! Close to the harbour, cafes and restaurants. We didn’t have a chance to meet the hosts, but they were available, communicated efficiently and gave very clear instructions so that everything went smoothly. Would definitely recommend!

Το Elysian Nicopolis είναι έτσι ακριβώς όπως στις φωτογραφίες, πολύ καθαρό ωραία διακόσμηση, όλα τα δωμάτια κλιματίζονται και έχουν τηλεόραση. το τζακουζι μεγάλο υπέροχο η κόρη μου ξετρελαθηκε και φυσικά ο χώρος γύρω από το τζακουζι αντίστοιχα πολύ ιδανικός για χαλάρωση και ηρεμία. η επικοινωνία με τον οικοδεσπότη άψογη. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!

Athenee is perfectly located right in the town square, with plenty of restaurants nearby and the waterfront just steps away. Despite being so central, it was quiet and peaceful. The apartment is beautifully decorated, tastefully done, and everything worked perfectly since it’s in a brand-new block. Great value for money—we’ll definitely be back!

    Both properties come fully equipped with Wi-Fi, air conditioning, kitchens with modern appliances, and comfortable living areas. The two bedroom apartmnet downstairs also features a patio with private outdoor jacuzzi and an outdoor fireplace, while the three bedroom apartment upstairs has plenty space of 100 square meters and an amazing view.

  • How far are the properties from the nearest beach?

    The distance to the nearest beach depends on your accommodation:


    The Elysian at Nicopolis is only a 5-minute drive from the amazing Monolithi Beach, which is famously the largest sandy beach in Europe.


    Our apartments in the center of Preveza are within easy walking distance of Kiani Akti Beach. This spot is known for being very family-friendly and convenient for a quick swim!

  • Is parking available at the properties?

    We want to make parking as easy as possible for you!


    At The Elysian at Nicopolis, you can enjoy the convenience of a private carport to keep your vehicle shaded.


    While our city accommodations do not include private parking, don't worry! Once you confirm your booking, you'll get access to your personalized Guest App. This app is loaded with information, including detailed maps and smart suggestions for conveniently parking your vehicle nearby.

    Your check-in and check-out times depend on the property you select.


    At The Elysian at Nicopolis, check-in starts at 3:00 PM.


    For all other accommodations, check-in starts at 2:15 PM.


    Check-out for all properties is 11:00 AM.
